We will not ask you to fulfill the Promise to Protect until we know that construction is imminent and have received an invitation from leadership on the ground. Our partners in Nebraska will use all legal strategies available to fight the decision from the Nebraska Public Service Commission, and TransCanada still needs to secure all the financing it needs before they can move forward.

We will let you know when you are invited to come by frontline and Indigenous leaders on the route.
